Your money is safe when booking tours in France with Walking in Languedoc, a fully-bonded European tour operator. We expect to have contact with you, or to offer you help and advice, before you book. We will then be able to send you the appropriate banking details. Please contact us or ask us to call you. It’s that simple. 1. How to Book. Once you are ready to book, and have read and accepted our terms and conditions, print off or save and complete the booking form that you can download here in either Word format or pdf format.Then email us the Booking Form, including information on how you wish to pay (see 2 below) and how much is to be paid: we need at least a 20% deposit per person, or full payment if you plan to travel within 8 weeks of booking. 2. Payment. Payment can be made in either UK Sterling or Euros as follows. i) UK Customers - by UK Sterling cheque or cash payment at a branch of HSBC. Bank transfer and credit card payment is an option - please ask us for our bank details by email. ii) International customers [non-UK] - in Euros by international bank transfer/wire or credit card - please ask us for our bank details by email. 3. Order confirmation and our contract with you. When you have made a payment by Paypal, we are alerted automatically. This is not the case with transfer payments to HSBC, our High Street bank, and clearing cheques can take up to a week. So, when paying by cheque or bank transfer/wire, we suggest you send us an email, or phone us, to alert us to the imminent arrival of your funds. We acknowledge all orders by personal communication, not automated ones. This is usually done within 24 hours of receipt of your communication or clearing of your funds.Please do not book any international travel arrangements or related items until we have confirmed your booking in writing. If your holiday starts in less than 8 weeks/56 days from placing your booking, you will need to make full payment immediately.
